Are you in the market for a new fridge freezer but don’t know where to start? Is it the American style you’re after or a compact. There are so many choices out there and they all boast of new features and intelligent design so we thought we would compile a handy list of fridge freezers that we think are the best value for money available right now.
The Haier A2FE635CFJ is available in red, white and silver and boasts a 248 litre fridge and a 99 litre freezer so there is loads of room in there to feed a family but it also doesn’t scrimp on style. It runs quiet at between 40-42dB and if you ever find yourself in a power outage it will keep all your frozen food safe and sound for around 14 hours.
The Samsung RL60GZEIH boasts a 288 litre fridge and a whopping 112 litre freezer. This stainless steel goliath sits at 2.1 metres tall. Thats pretty big so if your not a tall person you may be on your tip toes to get things on and off the top shelf. Even the LED control panel sits above head height for some people. Compared to its size it is pretty energy efficient and will cost under £40 a year to run in the UK for a full year.
MIELE KFN 29233 D BB BLACKBOARD
Our favourite thing about this fridge freezer has to be the blackboard feature. Its quite a quirky reason to buy a fridge freezer but its a really cool thing to have (no pun intended) especially if you have a hectic schedule or a young family. This is still a really great purchase for those looking for a new appliance. At just under 2 meters tall, a 260 litre fridge and a 101 litre freezer this has a lot of space. It cools fairly evenly throughout and will cost you around £30 a year to run for a whole year. Thats not too shabby.
